Security

We take security seriously and specialize in protecting you. Our website is as secure as them come. We are very concerned about the security of customer data. We store your information securely, using industry-compliant encryption technology. For example, when we ask users to provide payment information such as credit card numbers the data is protected during transmission to us using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Warranty

We reserve the right to replace or refund within 7 days of the original perchase date. Item must not be tampered with,opened and in good condition. All items sent back will be tested and may not receive refund if damaged by the customer. Return's will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund the shipping cost, refunds will be given on the cost of the item.

Programming

Items indicating “includes programming” are shipped with free programming instructions. At times the programming instructions will not work. You may need to visit the dealer to have it programmed. There is no need to purchase programming instructions. Those items which are indicated otherwise need to be programmed at Lock Surgeon or local locksmith and/or dealer.

Refurbished

We sell both new and refurbished remotes. All Refurbished remotes have been restored to like-new condition.

Transponder Keys

Transponder keys are designed with an anti theft device (chip) for your car. The transponder key is programmed into your cars computer at the factory.We sell the same transponder keys as your local dealer at a fraction of the cost. Click here for Keys

Batteries

All remotes sold on Your Keyless Remote include a working battery.
