This is a payable software upgrade option for the KR55 Key Maker that adds the ability to program a new KR55 Flip Key, with integrated remote, in a situation when a "valet" or transponder only key is available, and you do not have a working remote to the vehicle.  In the past, eprom reading was required to accomplish this, but this software upgrade now eliminates the need for eprom reading.  This software upgrade works on all Mercedes Vehicles, covered by the KR55 Keymaker, that use a PCF7935 Transponder.    

 

Please note: Your KR55 must be upgraded to software version 2.0 or higher in order to be able to purchase this Scan PCF7935 Upgrade.

 

Please provide the serial number of your KR55 Key Maker (see steps below); it takes 1-2 business days to process the activation.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Update your MB remote Keymaker software

2. Run MB Remote Keymaker software

3. Start the SCAN-PCF7935-SOFTWARE

4. Press the Serial Number button

5. The serial number will appear in the new window
